3. How long does it take for my order to arrive after placing it?

All orders ship within 24 to 72 working hours (Weekends excluded and it will take another 3 – 7 working days to reach metro areas once the item has been shipped. Another 2-3 working days will be required for remote area deliveries.

4. How can I track my order?

You will be given a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

5. Can I place an order by phone?

We currently do not accept orders through phone calls. All orders must be placed through our online system.

6. Does Device Monster ship to countries outside of the UK?

No. We only ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland (excluding any outlying and surrounding Islands). There is also an extra shipping fee from our courier partners that will be incurred for shipments to remote areas. Please contact our customer service if you have any enquiries.

7. What is a Remote Area? How do I know if my shipping address is within a "Remote Area"?

An additional shipping cost will be charged by our courier partners for deliveries that they deem to be remote. This additional cost will be added as a shipping surcharge in your checkout amount. You can visit our Shipping page to check whether your delivery address is regarded as a remote area.
