Business Days and Hours
We operate from Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm GMT+8 (except holidays). You may submit a ticket for any pre-sales or after-sales inquiries. We will normally reply in 24-72 working hours.
You may check our public holidays HERE. During these holidays, there will be slightly delay on order processing and customer service inquiries since both of our warehouse and office will be closed during the holidays.
